Job summary

You will collaborate with physicians and nurses to deliver therapies per orders and protocol, while ensuring safety and quality. The role offers an hourly pay range of $33.05–$49.60, 0.9 FTE night shifts, sign-on bonus, loan forgiveness, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited respiratory care program with at least an Associate degree.
• No experience required.
• RCP license in state; NBRC credentials (RRT within 12 months or CRT if before 2023); BLS for Healthcare; AHA provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Operate ventilators in critical and non-critical care venues.
• Provide therapies per physician orders and respiratory protocols.
• Educate patients on purpose, technique, and self-care.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment; ensure safety and quality.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses for patient care and handoffs.
