Responsibilities

• Review prescription and patient information to assess patient condition and determine requirements for treatment.
• Set up and operate devices including mechanical ventilators, nebulizers, and/or compressors.
• Monitor patient response to therapy via vital signs and blood chemistry changes.
• Inspect and test respiratory therapy equipment to ensure safe operation.
