Inova Loudoun Hospital is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist II for a full-time role with a 36-hour weekly schedule, including weekend shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. A sign-on and relocation bonus are available to eligible candidates.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited CoARC respiratory care program.
• RRT credential or 10+ years as a CRT.
• Eligible for Virginia licensure; BLS required.
• ACLS, PALS or NRP certifications must be obtained within 1 year from hire date.

Mansioni

• Establishes and manages basic mechanical ventilation with common ventilators with high proficiency.
• Performs weaning mechanics with high proficiency in majority of ventilated patients.
• Reviews need for continued ventilator support and daily care plan communication.
• Formulates care plans based on diagnostics data and response to therapy.
• Administers advanced respiratory therapies (e.g., heliox, nitric oxide, CNB, chest wall oscillation).
