Inova is looking for experienced Respiratory Therapists to join the team. This is a full-time, night shift role (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.). Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance eligible.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited CoARC respiratory care program.
• NBRC certification eligibility and VA licensure requirements.
• Experience with critical care or advanced diagnostics/pulmonary rehab desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Administers advanced respiratory therapies (e.g., heliox, nitric oxide).
• Establishes and manages ventilation with high proficiency.
• Forms a care plan based on diagnostics data and response to therapy; educates patients/families.
• Performs basic to advanced cardiopulmonary assessments.
• Performs weaning with high proficiency.
• Documents per protocols and charting templates.
• Supports training and orientation of team members and students.
