Qualifications & Skills

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy (preferred)
• Licenses & Certifications: NBRC-RRT, Respiratory Care Professional, BLS, ACLS (required upon hire)
• 0-2 years clinical experience, with at least 6 months in critical care
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and computer skills
• Ability to establish effective relationships with healthcare professionals
