Job summary

Novant Health in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our patient‑centered care team. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized respiratory plans and collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to promote optimal health and comfort for patients and families.

The ideal candidate has an Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy (Bachelor’s preferred), current RCP licensure in North Carolina, and will obtain the RRT credential within 12 months

What We're Looking For

• Education: 2 Year / Associate Degree, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: Current RCP licensure in appropriate state, required. Registered Respiratory Therapist Credential, required.
• Additional Skills (required): New graduates of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program are required to obtain the Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential within twelve (12) months of their date of hire.
