Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks a Respiratory Therapist for the 7pm-7am shift. You will provide advanced respiratory care in a high-acuity environment, contribute to care plans, and mentor students and staff as a team leader. Strong clinical skills and collaboration with physicians are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required in Respiratory Care/Cardiopulmonary Science.
• License required: Respiratory Therapist License, and Registration: Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• CPR/Basic Life Support certification required.
• 1 year of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient condition and develops/adjusts respiratory care plan.
• Administers respiratory care procedures per physician orders.
• Serves as team leader during shifts.
• Participates in performance improvement activities and education.
• Provides patient/family education and supports clinical research activities.
