You will administer oxygen therapy, manage ventilators, perform diagnostic tests (ABG, PFTs), and document care in the EHR while collaborating with physicians and nurses to create effective treatment plans.

Qualifikationen

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Respiratory Therapist license; CRT or RRT certification required.
• Previous healthcare or acute care experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• Strong clinical and technical respiratory care skills.
• Proficient in using EHR systems for documentation.

Aufgaben

• Assess respiratory conditions via history, exams, ABG, PFTs, and X‑rays.
• Develop treatment plans with physicians and care teams.
• Administer oxygen, aerosols, bronchodilators, and chest PT.
• Manage ventilators and non-invasive ventilation devices.
• Record assessments and progress in the EHR.
• Educate patients and families on management at home.
• Respond to respiratory emergencies with rapid intervention.
