Job summary

Trevecca Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a full-time Respiratory Therapist to join a geriatric rehab team in a skilled nursing facility in Tennessee. The candidate will evaluate and treat residents independently, with a focus on respiratory care and functional activities to improve patient experience.

Responsibilities include initiating therapies, maintaining records, performing bedside treatments, and participating in IDT meetings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of COARC accredited AS or BS Respiratory program.
• Licensed as RRT or CRT.
• Licensed in the state where practicing; BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments and implement respiratory techniques for rehab patients.
• Initiate therapies, maintain patient records, operate and check equipment.
• Provide bedside treatments and quarterly staff in-services.
