Job summary

PACS is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner to perform respiratory/pulmonary therapy, management, rehabilitation, and diagnostic evaluation for patients with pulmonary deficiencies. You will follow supervision instructions and hospital policies while delivering direct care and documenting outcomes.

Requirements include an Associate Degree in Respiratory Care, graduation from a respiratory care program, and CPR/BLS with ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Must possess an Associate Degree from an accredited school.
• Must be a Graduate of a respiratory care program.
• Bachelor of Science degree in the health care field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory/pulmonary therapy and direct patient care.
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures.
• Assess signs and symptoms and plan care outcomes.
• Document data and diagnoses. plan of care and interventions.
• Maintain infection control and safety procedures.
