Zusammenfassung

PACS is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner to provide respiratory therapy, rehabilitation, diagnostic evaluation, and direct care to patients with pulmonary deficiencies. You will follow established policies, collaborate with the care team, and ensure patient safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications include an Associate Degree (or higher), graduation from a respiratory care program, licensure in the practicing state, CPR/BLS and ACLS certifications, and at least 1 year of respiratory

Qualifikationen

• Must possess, as a minimum, an Associate Degree from an accredited school.
• Must be a Graduate of a respiratory care program.
• Bachelor of Science degree in the health care field preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year respiratory experience in an acute and/or subacute unit preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform respiratory therapy, management, rehabilitation, diagnostic evaluation, and direct patient care.
• Follow supervisor schedule and facility policies.
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures.
• Assess patient status and intervene according to plan of care.
• Communicate changes in patient status to supervisors, nurses, and physicians.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and report any PHI violations.
• Maintain administrative authority over duties as assigned.
