Job summary

TriHealth’s Bethesda North Hospital Respiratory Therapy team delivers autonomous, high-acuity care across inpatient and outpatient settings, including ventilator management and cardiac surgery recovery.

This part-time day role rotates weekends and holidays, with a sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. The team emphasizes clinical leadership and interdisciplinary collaboration, and mentors Respiratory Therapy students.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved technical, professional, or vocational program (Required)
• BLS Certification or NBRC registry/RRT preferred or required upon hire
• Current Ohio licensure as Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) upon hire

Responsibilities

• Performs documentation, updates work lists, and submits charges by shift end
• Ventilator management for neonates, children, and adults
• Manage Respiratory Evaluation Protocol Program
• May perform airway management and oxygen titration
• Perform diagnostic modalities (ABG, PFT, EKGs) for neonates and adults
