Loan Repayment Assistance Program up to $20,000 Lifetime:

The Respiratory Loan Repayment Assistance Program provides financial support to Mercy Respiratory co-workers in a hospital-based eligible position working 32 hours or more per pay period. The program offers monthly payments up to $370 directly to the loan servicer and a lifetime maximum of $20,000.

Performs direct patient care in all aspects of respiratory therapy according to physicians' orders. Consults physicians on therapy effectiveness, provides ventilator support during cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and maintains life support equipment. Performs duties consistent with our mission, values, and standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; successful completion of a program approved by the National Board for Respiratory Care.
• Licensed with Missouri Board for Respiratory Care.
• No prior experience required.
• Registered as a therapist by the National Board of Respiratory Care.
• BLS/CPR certification through an American Heart Association approved course.
