Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for 7pm–7am shifts. The role involves bedside assessments, performing respiratory care procedures, and ensuring patient education and safety in adult care areas. Requires completion of an Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences and state licensure.

Liscenses including RRT, BCLS, ACLS, and PALS within 60 days are expected. The position offers opportunities within a supportive care environment, with emphasis on quality

Required Hours: 7pm-7am weekdays with weekend and holiday rotations.

Responsibilities:

Performing patient assessments, general respiratory care procedures and protocols, critical care procedures in adult care areas, blood gas analysis, maintenance and management of all equipment and patient education.

Education

• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences Required

Work Experience

• No experience required Required

Licenses and Certifications

• RRT - Registered Respiratory Therapist and Licensed by the State of Georgia under the Composite State Board of Medical Examiners Upon Hire Required and
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required and
• ACLS Upon Hire Required
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 60 Days Required
