Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our night shift team. You will perform adult respiratory care procedures, blood gas analysis, and ongoing patient education in a high-acuity setting.

Requirements include an Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy, registration (RRT) and Georgia state licensure on hire, plus BCLS, ACLS, and PALS within 60 days. No experience required; orientation provided.

Required Hours: 7pm-7am weekdays with weekend and holiday rotations.

Responsibilities:

Performing patient assessments, general respiratory care procedures and protocols, critical care procedures in adult care areas, blood gas analysis, maintenance and management of all equipment and patient education.

Education

• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences Required

Work Experience

• No experience required Required

Licenses and Certifications

• RRT - Registered Respiratory Therapist and Licensed by the State of Georgia under the Composite State Board of Medical Examiners Upon Hire Required and
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required and
• ACLS Upon Hire Required
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 60 Days Required
