Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital in Georgia seeks a Respiratory Therapist to join our patient-focused team. You will perform patient assessments, implement respiratory care procedures, and support critical care in adult units.

Candidates must hold an Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences, be licensed in Georgia, and have BCLS; ACLS and PALS are required within 60 days of hire. No prior experience is required.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences required.
• RRT - Registered Respiratory Therapist and Georgia state license required upon hire.
• BCLS, ACLS required upon hire.
• PALS required within 60 days of start.

Required Hours: 7pm-7am weekdays with weekend and holiday rotations.

Responsibilities:

Performing patient assessments, general respiratory care procedures and protocols, critical care procedures in adult care areas, blood gas analysis, maintenance and management of all equipment and patient education.
