Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our dedicated team. You will perform patient assessments, respiratory care procedures, and critical care support for adult patients during overnight shifts.

Requirements include an Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences, no experience required, and RRT with BCLS, ACLS, and PALS credentials within defined timelines. Georgia licensure upon hire is essential.

Required Hours: 7pm-7am weekdays with weekend and holiday rotations.

Responsibilities:

Performing patient assessments, general respiratory care procedures and protocols, critical care procedures in adult care areas, blood gas analysis, maintenance and management of all equipment and patient education.

Education

• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences Required

Work Experience

Licenses and Certifications

• RRT - Registered Respiratory Therapist and Licensed by the State of Georgia under the Composite State Board of Medical Examiners Upon Hire Required and
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required and
• ACLS Upon Hire Required
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 60 Days Required
