Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Respiratory Care from an accredited program.
  • Current Respiratory Therapist license in the State of Washington.
  • Current RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) credential through NBRC is required.
  • Current BLS certification is necessary.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform respiratory assessments and provide treatments as needed.
  • Administer aerosolized medications, oxygen therapy, and suctioning.

Three Creeks Post Acute is seeking a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist (RT) to join our interdisciplinary care team. This role supports residents with respiratory needs in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting, collaborating closely with nursing, therapy, and medical providers to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. The Respiratory Therapist will assess, treat, and monitor residents with acute and chronic respiratory conditions while promoting comfort, safety, and optimal clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform respiratory assessments and provide appropriate respiratory treatments as ordered
  • Administer aerosolized medications, oxygen therapy, suctioning, and other respiratory interventions
  • Monitor residents with respiratory conditions and report changes in condition promptly
  • Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Educate residents, families, and staff on respiratory care and equipment
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the medical record
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and infection control standards
  • Participate in care planning and quality improvement initiatives as needed
Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Respiratory Care from an accredited program
  • Current Respiratory Therapist license in the State of Washington
  • Current RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) credential through NBRC
  • Current BLS certification
