Job summary

Kalesta Healthcare Group in Othello, Washington is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our care team. This full-time role supports residents with respiratory needs and collaborates with nursing and therapy staff to achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities include administering treatments per physician orders, assessing respiratory status, documenting care, educating residents and families, and ensuring equipment is clean and functional.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State license/certification as an Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP).
• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program (CRT or RRT preferred).
• Experience with tracheostomy care and ventilator management strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
