Kalesta Healthcare Group in Washington is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist (RT) to join our care team, providing therapy treatments, monitoring residents’ status, and documenting responses per physician orders. We emphasize compassionate, resident-focused care and teamwork with nursing and therapy staff.

Washington RCP licensure is required, with CRT or RRT preferred. Relocation to Othello, WA is supported; the position offers full-time hours, competitive pay, medical/dental/vision

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) in Washington.
• CRT or RRT credential preferred.
• Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.

Responsabilités

• Provide respiratory therapy treatments per physician orders, including nebulizer treatments, suctioning, oxygen administration, etc.
• Assess and monitor residents' respiratory status, promptly reporting changes to the nursing and medical team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments, interventions, and resident response
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans for residents with respiratory needs
• Educate residents, families, and staff on respiratory care techniques and equipment
• Ensure proper cleaning, maintenance, and functionality of respiratory therapy equipment

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist (RT) to join our care team's in Washington. This role plays a key part in supporting residents with respiratory needs and working closely with nursing and therapy staff to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy treatments per physician orders, including nebulizer treatments, suctioning, oxygen administration, etc.

• Assess and monitor residents' respiratory status, promptly reporting changes to the nursing and medical team

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments, interventions, and resident response

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans for residents with respiratory needs

• Educate residents, families, and staff on respiratory care techniques and equipment

• Ensure proper cleaning, maintenance, and functionality of respiratory therapy equipment

Qualifications

• Current Washington State license/certification as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP)

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program (CRT or RRT preferred)

• Experience with tracheostomy care and ventilator management strongly preferred

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
