Job summary

A facility in the Upper Valley of New Hampshire is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join its respiratory care team in Lebanon. Shifts are nights with 10- or 12-hour options and a generous $8,000 sign-on bonus for qualifying candidates.

Pay ranges from $32.00 to $49.00 per hour based on experience, with opportunities to work across ED, ICU, Med-Surg and specialty areas. New graduates are encouraged to apply and support for licensure and credentialing is provided.

Qualifications

• CRT or RRT credentials from NBRC.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a New Hampshire Respiratory Care Practitioner license.
• Must be comfortable caring for neonatal/pediatric populations.
• Previous respiratory therapy experience preferred.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive respiratory care across hospital units, including the ED, ICU, Med-Surg, and specialty areas.
• Perform patient assessment, treatment delivery, oxygen therapy, airway management, and ventilator/NIV management.
• Respond to respiratory emergencies and rapid responses while prioritizing a full caseload.
• Collaborate closely with nurses, physicians and care team members.
• Work independently while maintaining safety, quality, and documentation.
