Job Summary

Respiratory Therapist – Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) – Denver, CO. This position involves providing specialized respiratory care to pediatric and neonatal patients within a hospital setting. The role necessitates collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.

Certifications, Education, Experience, and Location Requirements: Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Cardiopulmonary, Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP certifications, minimum 3 years Pediatric ICU and Neonatal ICU (Level 3 or 4) experience, 3 years of Respiratory Therapist (RRT) experience, and the ability to work nights from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, total 36 hours a week.
Schedule: 12-hour night shifts with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Additional Responsibilities: The role may require working on weekends (13 out of 26 weekends, including both Saturday and Sunday) and up to two major holidays per contract, depending on assignment needs.
Float Requirements: Float rotation may be required, with the potential to be reassigned within a 35-mile radius of the originally assigned facility to meet scheduling needs.
Submission Requirements: Candidates must have prior travel assignment experience and meet the outlined clinical experience thresholds.
