Job Details

• Position Description: The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for delivering cardiopulmonary care to pediatric patients. Tasks include conducting respiratory assessments, initiating therapeutic procedures, and maintaining accurate patient records in accordance with department policies.
• Required Qualifications: Current Illinois Respiratory Therapist License, BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS certifications, and at least 1 year of respiratory therapy experience are required.
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The Respiratory Therapist will perform assessments, administer medications, conduct diagnostic tests, and ensure equipment calibration and proper documentation.
