Qualifications

• Experience as a Long-Term Acute Care Clinical Liaison or similar role.
• Background as a Respiratory Therapist transitioning into sales is preferred.
• Healthcare sales experience targeting pulmonology, hospitalists, case management, or discharge planning.
• Existing referral networks in the Dallas area are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new referral accounts and build provider relationships across East Dallas/Rockwall.
• Drive referrals through relationships with pulmonologists, hospitalists, case managers, discharge planners, and other providers.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through uncapped commissions and bonus opportunities.
