Amplity is seeking a Pharma Sales professional in Colorado to promote respiratory products and engage healthcare professionals via outbound calls. You will manage targeted lists, conduct program discussions, and maintain CRM data accuracy while meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of Pharma Sales experience.
• Respiratory experience (preferred).
• Clinical understanding of Respiratory (preferred).
• Experience in Respiratory office operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily call responsibilities to achieve KPIs.
• Promote client products via outbound calls to healthcare professionals.
• Engage HCPs in program discussions to achieve sales and market goals.
• Respond to inbound calls and address product questions.
• Profile and manage targeted HCP lists to grow product volume.
• Maintain call productivity and program metrics.
• Qualify/disqualify HCPs from target lists via outbound calls.
• Verify and complete CRM data entry with responses and actions.
• Communicate persuasively with customers using approved messaging.
• Maintain knowledge of client products and programs.
• Listen and respond to customer needs and questions.
• Create positive impressions with client and customers.
• Attend teleconferences and meetings as required.
• Represent the client at conventions where applicable.
• Report to Amplity Sales Manager.
• Collaborate with VSRs and client services.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and client contacts.
