Job summary

Amplity seeks an experienced Pharmaceutical Sales professional in the United States to engage healthcare professionals by phone, promote Respiratory products, and manage CRM data. You will collaborate with client services and attend training to meet KPIs.

The role requires 2+ years in pharma sales, Bachelor's degree, and strong communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of Salesforce and Excel is essential, with compliance to policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of Pharma Sales experience.
• Respiratory experience preferred.
• Clinical understanding of Respiratory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage health care professionals in telephone conversations to promote assigned client products.
• Maximize product selling potential and meet program and client objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with health care professionals.
• Educate health care professionals about product features, benefits, safety profile and approved indications.
• Use approved tools for product and program promotion.
• Manage daily call responsibilities to achieve KPIs.
• Conduct outbound calls and respond to inbound HCP calls when required.
• Profile and manage targeted HCP lists to grow product volume.
• Maintain call productivity and required program metrics.
• Qualify or disqualify HCPs from target lists using prospecting questions.
• Verify and complete required CRM data entry and follow-through actions.
• Communicate persuasively using approved messaging, selling, listening and negotiation skills.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of client products and programs.
• Listen and respond to customer needs and questions.
• Comply with applicable laws, Amplity policies, Code of Conduct, privacy guidelines.
