Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of Pharma Sales experience.
• Respiratory experience preferred.
• Clinical understanding of Respiratory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily call responsibilities according to defined expectations to achieve KPIs.
• Promote client products via outbound calls to HCP targets to reach individual, territory, and company goals.
• Respond to inbound calls from HCPs to address questions about product(s).
• Profile and manage a targeted list of HCPs and provide value-added benefits to grow product volume.
• Maintain call productivity and program-required metrics.
• Prospect and qualify/disqualify HCPs from target lists.
• Conduct outbound calls to qualify/disqualify HCPs based on prospecting questions.
• Document target responses and follow-up actions in CRM systems.
• Communicate effectively with customers using selling, listening, and negotiation skills.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of client products and programs.
• Adhere to privacy, data guidelines, and Amplity policies at all times.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions and represent client at conventions when applicable.
