Job summary

ICU Medical is seeking a Respiratory Sales Specialist to grow the Respiratory Care business across assignments in a remote-capable role. You will build and maintain relationships with key decision makers, deliver clinical value, and guide product trials within hospital and non-acute settings.

The role requires 21+ years old, a Bachelor's degree, and 3+ years of medical device/respiratory sales experience. Occasional travel and credentialing are part of the job with strong commission potential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record; preferably in medical device sales with relationships in regional health systems.
• Tracheostomy or Respiratory therapy products background preferred.
• Proven track record of hitting quota and growing in territory; develop relationships with Supply Chain.
• Active and current compliance with credentialing requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Meet territory sales revenue objectives for ICU Medical's Respiratory Care product line.
• Master clinical knowledge to clearly communicate product benefits to hospital and non-acute clinicians.
• Position ICU Medical against competitors and act as clinical expert/consultative problem solver at field level.
• Know territory, customer base, contracts, and distribution models.
• Conduct product trials and implementation of ICU Respiratory Care products.
• Engage with local professional societies (SCCM, AARC, ATS) to know market.
• Coordinate with managers to align sales efforts with targets.
• Occasionally work weekends/nights as needed.
