Job summary

PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Stoughton in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Cardiopulmonary Manager to lead the Respiratory Therapy Department and oversee ancillary services. Experience in cardiopulmonary care and supervisory leadership is required, with a BS in Respiratory and current RRT registry,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory (BSRC/BSRT) preferred and may be required if the hospital operates a blood gas laboratory.
• Current RRT registry required.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in cardiopulmonary activities.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as appropriate, while directing and supervising the Respiratory Therapy Department.
• Oversight of ancillary services departments, to include laboratory and radiology, depending on hospital needs.
