Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Aiken is seeking a Cardiopulmonary Manager to lead the Respiratory Therapy Department and provide direct patient care where appropriate.

This role oversees ancillary services and drives patient care quality. Relocation assistance up to $20,000 is available based on location and distance from the hospital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory preferred; may be required if hospital operates a blood gas lab.
• Current RRT registry required.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cardiopulmonary activities.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as appropriate while directing and supervising the Respiratory Therapy Department.
• Oversight of ancillary services departments, including laboratory and radiology, as needed by hospital structure.

Minimum of three to five years of experience in cardiopulmonary activities required. Minimum of one year experience in a supervisory capacity preferred.
