Job summary

Amgen is hiring a Key Accounts Director for the East Region. This field leadership role focuses on driving results for Tezspire while developing and guiding Respiratory Key Account Managers in a fast‑paced environment. You will collaborate with internal partners and external customers to influence strategy and patient access.

The ideal candidate combines executive presence with strong people leadership and analytical skills, and can travel as needed to serve customers and grow the business.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of Sales/Marketing experience
• Master's degree and 8 years of Sales/Marketing experience
• Bachelors degree and 10 years of Sales/Marketing experience
• 4 years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership
• Ability to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead Respiratory Key Account Managers and drive strategic accounts across the East region.
• Navigate complex customer discussions with internal partners and external customers to reach win‑win outcomes.
• Develop and coach team members for current roles and future leadership opportunities.
