The Key Accounts Director (KAD) role at Amgen leads a team of Respiratory Key Account Managers to drive results for Tezspire and patient access. You’ll develop the team, foster executive presence, and partner with Astra Zeneca, Field Sales, and Brand teams, balancing Amgen goals with customer needs.

The ideal candidate has deep sales/marketing experience, proven leadership, and strong negotiation skills to navigate complex discussions across internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 4+ years Sales/Marketing experience OR Master’s with 8+ years OR Bachelor’s with 10+ years and 4 years of managerial experience.
• Experience leading teams, projects or programs and directing resource allocation.
• Strong executive presence and analytical skills for complex negotiations.

• Lead Respiratory Key Account Managers to deliver results for Tezspire.
• Develop teams and prepare future career opportunities within Amgen.
• Collaborate with internal partners and travel as needed.
