Job summary

Northwest Respiratory Services in Chicago, IL is seeking an Account Manager to promote and sell our respiratory products and services within the local region. You will identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and ensure customer needs are communicated across the organization to drive account retention and growth.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of outside sales experience in a related field, and the ability to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in Durable Medical Equipment (DME).
• Ability to work independently, organize and manage multiple priorities with little supervision.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and revenue targets.
• Experience developing and managing referral relationships with facilities including Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, and VA facilities.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell NRS products and services to current and potential clients.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify targets and project contacts.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals from field activity.
• Coordinate staff to close sales and deliver services.
• Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows.
• Follow up for payment collection and manage delivery schedules.
