Job summary

The position requires an Ohio license as a Respiratory Therapist, NBRC credentials, and leadership experience in critical care settings.

Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist with Ohio license and NBRC credentials.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP within 90 days of hire.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Charge Therapist or Shift supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor clinical staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Direct care and insure consistent workflow on the unit.
• Act on behalf of leadership to intervene and escalate concerns.
