Qualifications

• 1–3 years of RRT hospital experience.
• Active Ohio Respiratory Care license; NBRC Registered credential.
• BLS prior to hire; ACLS, PALS, NRP within 90 days; crisis prevention within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support clinical staff to ensure consistent workflow.
• Serve as mentor and role model to health care team.
• Intervene with issues and escalate to department management.
• Act as Charge Therapist or Shift supervisor as needed.
• Demonstrate clinical excellence in various hospital settings.
