• Plan, direct, coordinate, and evaluate daily operations of the Respiratory Care department to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and quality improvement initiatives within the department.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Joint Commission, CMS Conditions of Participation, OSHA, and licensure requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to support exceptional patient outcomes.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and service excellence while aligning with organizational policies.
