Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health in Perrysburg, OH seeks an experienced Respiratory Care Practitioner II to provide comprehensive respiratory care from assessment through evaluation. You will perform ventilator management, airway care, and patient education in collaboration with physicians and nursing staff.

The role requires two years of RC experience, current state license, NBRC credential, and BLS; ACLS/PALS preferred. This on-site position offers competitive pay and full benefits.

Qualifications

Two years of experience as a Respiratory Care Professional.
Current Respiratory Care License in the state.
NBRC credentialed.
BLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred/required.
EPIC EHR training preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as shift Charge Therapist ensuring staffing coverage.
Assist physicians with bronchoscopy and airway procedures.
Perform CPR per ACLS protocol.
Monitor and adjust ventilator care and settings.
Educate patients and families on therapies.
Maintain Respiratory Therapy equipment.
