Qualifications

  • Associates Degree in Respiratory Care from an COARC accredited program is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Care from a COARC accredited program is preferred.
  • Maryland State License is required.
  • CPR Certification and BLS are required.
  • ACLS is preferred.
  • All credentials must be active.

Responsibilities

  • Apply specialized respiratory care knowledge to assess and recommend interventions for patients with cardiopulmonary issues.
  • Administer therapies such as medical gas, humidity, aerosol, hyperinflation, and bronchial hygiene therapies; manage invasive and non-invasive ventilation.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement tailored multidisciplinary care plans and fulfill assigned duties as needed.

Who Should Apply

Work Experience

Professional Background:

  • Entry-level to advanced position with demonstrated and documented clinical and operational systems competency in a comparable RCS division.
  • Authorization to Work in the United States: Applicants who require sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered for this position.
Salary Range

Minimum 34.62/hour - Maximum 57.19/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
