Job summary

St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Enid, OK, is seeking a Respiratory Care Manager to oversee the respiratory therapy team and daily operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with standards.

You will lead staffing, training, and performance evaluations, while driving initiatives to improve service delivery, safety, and regulatory compliance across the department.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited respiratory program with at least an associate degree.
• Current Oklahoma RCP license.
• NBRC Registered (RRT) credentials required and maintained.
• Basic Life Support (BLS); ACLS, PALS, NRP within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all functions of the respiratory care department and lead the SR RT team.
• Maintain staffing levels and manage hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Hold staff accountable for positive work environment and patient care aligned with quality initiatives.
• Implement department goals to improve service delivery and organizational performance.
• Monitor equipment use and order new equipment and supplies as needed.
• Analyze department performance data to identify improvements and implement corrective actions.
