Qualifications

• Minimum five years of Respiratory Therapy experience, including leadership.
• NICU and Labor & Delivery experience required.
• Experience leading Respiratory Therapy teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Respiratory Care operations and staff.
• Build and develop a highly engaged Respiratory Therapy team.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and retention strategies.
• Drive quality, safety, and process improvement initiatives.
