Memorial Healthcare System in Pembroke Pines, FL seeks a Director of Respiratory Services to provide strategic, clinical and operational leadership for all Respiratory Care Services. You will ensure high‑quality, safe patient care in line with regulatory standards and organizational goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field required.
ACLS, BLS, NRP and PALS certifications required or strongly preferred.
State licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (RT) in Florida or applicable state.
Minimum five years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist; at least three years in leadership/management.

Responsibilities

Directs and oversees daily operations of Respiratory Care Services (RC).
Develops departmental goals aligned with organizational strategies and uses data to drive improvements.
Collaborates with Infection Prevention and clinical leadership to reduce HAIs and improve outcomes.
