Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a Director of Respiratory Therapy in Pembroke Pines, Florida. This full-time role leads the respiratory care department and requires strategic oversight, clinical expertise, and strong leadership to ensure high-quality patient care at Memorial’s facilities.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years as a Respiratory Therapist, 3+ years in leadership, and a Bachelor’s in Respiratory Therapy or related field; NBRC certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Respiratory Therapist.
• At least 3 years of leadership/management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy, Healthcare Administration or related field required.
• NBRC certification preferred.
