Job Responsibilities:

Supervises, instructs, and evaluates respiratory care students in diverse clinical settings, ensuring their attainment of required competencies. Key duties include providing real-time feedback on patient care, assessing critical thinking skills, and ensuring adherence to professional standards such as infection control and HIPAA. Foster a safe, supportive learning environment, reinforce theoretical concepts, document student progress, and serve as a professional role model. Additionally, communicate with program faculty, collaborate with clinical staff, and promote interdisciplinary teamwork, all while upholding program policies and contributing to student professional development.
