Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Respiratory Therapy degree program.

• Two-year re-evaluation if graduation did not occur.
• Completed basic therapy clinical rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide care under supervision of a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• Administer therapeutic modalities and reinforce education per care plan.
• Set up and monitor non-invasive ventilation as applicable.
• Process equipment, disinfect supplies, maintain oxygen setups.
• Review orders, document electronically, reinforce patient education.
