Be a part of a world-class academic healthcare system at UChicago Medicine, Ingalls Memorial Hospital as a Respiratory Care Services Assistant Manager (RRT) at our Harvey, Illinois location.
The Assistant Manager for Respiratory Care Services will be responsible and accountable for overseeing the operations and patient care duties of the Adult Hospital Respiratory Care Services department. Duties include completing daily assignments, quality audits, and Managing for Daily Improvement (MDI) boards, facilitating daily huddles with staff, and directing delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in a financially responsible manner. This is in collaboration with and under the supervision of the Respiratory Care Services Manager (RCSM). ARCSM supports RCSM with 24/7 coverage of the unit in creating, maintaining, and adapting the scheduling of all staff on the 6-week scheduling periods. In the absence of the RCSM, the ARCSM assumes responsibility for the unit.

Compensation & Benefits Overview
UChicago Medicine is committed to transparency in compensation and benefits. The pay range provided reflects the anticipated wage or salary reasonably expected to be offered for the position.
The pay range is based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) and is reflective of current market data, reviewed on an annual basis. Compensation offered at the time of hire will vary based on candidate qualifications and experience and organizational considerations, such as internal equity. Pay ranges for employees subject to Collective Bargaining Agreements are negotiated by the medical center and their respective union.
