This role involves leading patient care using the nursing process within the framework of the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code for Nurses, and Scope & Standards of Practice. You will delegate, direct, and assist licensed and ancillary team members, ensuring quality patient outcomes and respecting cultural, ethnic, and religious diversity. You are also expected to uphold professional responsibility and accountability for your practice, supporting the company's nursing philosophy.

Minimum Education and Certifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current RN license in the state of practice
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing
• Certification in Clinical Specialty Area
