Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of electrical engineers, EITs and designers.
• Lead staffing, project proposals, and collaboration with team leads and leadership.
• Provide team leadership with emphasis on technical excellence, quality, recruiting, mentoring and staff development.
• Collaborate with market sector leadership to ensure technical excellence across multiple markets.
• Function as design lead or engineering project manager for key projects.
