Job summary

HDR is seeking a Minnesota and Wisconsin Building Engineering Services Project Delivery Leader to oversee project delivery across the region. You will mentor staff, lead PM processes, and coordinate with BG leadership to ensure high-quality, profitable project outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in multi-discipline delivery, strong PM tools knowledge, and a commitment to HDR's employee-owned culture. This full-time role is based in Saint Louis Park, MN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote, monitor, and develop project management skills and quality best practices for BES staff across the Area.
• Provide project management team organization and leadership for projects across the BG.
• Monitor project QC Review activities and assign reviewers.
• Lead continuous improvement of Project Management practices, standards, and lessons learned.
• Lead QA/QC program activities and continuous improvement.
