QUALIFICATIONS

Requires a valid Michigan elementary teaching certificate with at least one (1) special education endorsement. Applicants with the Learning Disabilities (SM) endorsement are preferred.

Resource Room teachers deliver explicit instruction in all required areas. They also provide inclusive coaching support in classrooms. Students are seen in both push in and pull out models. Resource Room teachers provide both academic and behavioral supports.

Position may also include co-teaching with general education teachers.
