Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license active in NC required or able to obtain.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in medical-surgical nursing strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Uses nursing process to assess, plan, and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans with the team.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation.
• Float to other units as needed within the service area.
